My second screen, the Sony tv, had no such settings for dpi or ppi. I poked around in the display settings on windows 10, and changed every setting that appeared in the menu, including the “Change the size of text, apps, and other items” drop down menu.

Which had me use registry editor to set a custom scale factor for my dpi. However, when trying to use my settings app for the second part of the guide, there was no slider.
